Service Technician
Martin Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician responsible for the ongoing service, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for CCTV and Access Control systems for a large enterprise/industrial customer. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service tasks and maintaining the operational capacity of security systems.

Responsibilities
Technicians are responsible for the physical and technical implementation of the company’s products
Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all necessary service tasks are completed to a high level of quality to ensure customer satisfaction
In order for customers to have continuous perception of safety and security, the electronic security systems must be operating at full capacity at all times. Timely responses to errors and system defaults of any kind are paramount to ensuring the continued safety and security of Martin customers
Analysis and diagnosis of security system failures/defects
Inspection, troubleshooting, and testing of security systems and components
Performing routine and scheduled maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrades to security systems
Programming, networking, and configuring of software/programs
Qualification
Required
Fire alarms inspect and test
NICET 1
Valid Driver's License
Drug Test Required
