They are seeking a Receptionist/Dispatcher to ensure smooth communication between customers and operations staff, while providing excellent customer service and coordinating job scheduling.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and sales-minded manner
Promptly enter job leads (First Notice of Loss – FNOL) into the system with accuracy
Dispatch and track jobs to ensure quick response and efficient scheduling
Review scheduling boards to monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with the production team to manage the daily and on-call schedules
Greet office visitors and assist with general administrative tasks
Provide regular updates and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED (required)
Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software
Ability to commute to Bradenton, FL 34208 (Required)
Ability to relocate to Bradenton, FL 34208 before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Previous receptionist, dispatcher, or administrative experience (strongly preferred)
Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus
