Responsibilities

Lead T-Mobile’s advocacy before state Public Utilities Commissions and other state agencies across multiple states
Analyze, develop, and communicate positions on state regulatory and policy matters that affect T-Mobile’s business
Draft regulatory filings and comments to support the company’s objectives and priorities
Direct and manage law firms in multiple states
Collaborate with internal teams to craft creative, practical strategies that move our business forward
Build trusted relationships with state regulators, policymakers, and industry groups
Translate complex legal and policy developments into clear, actionable guidance for business partners

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
7–10 years of legal experience in telecommunications, regulatory, or administrative law within a law firm, government, or corporate environment
Demonstrated experience with telecommunications law and policy, (FCC/PUC experience preferred)
Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills with a sharp business sense
Strong communicator who can break down complex issues and make them actionable
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered research tools
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
