Responsibilities
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times
Consolidate shift reports for all areas of casino operations
Verify soft count deposits
Audit and account for all control documents and prepare exception reports for all errors
Review, compile, and report W2G information
Ensure security of customer financial information
Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities
Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner
Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members
Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s Kansas City Casino and departmental management
Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED is required
Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license
Appropriate use of office equipment, including personal computer, telephone with voice mail system, fax machine, 10-key calculator, and photocopier
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Read, write, and understand moderately complex instructions, including Internal Controls
Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members
Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations
Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures
Preferred
2 years of accounting experience or equivalent education
