Responsibilities
Directly supports senior level executives and their respective organizations as needed
Manages day-to-day calendars of senior management
Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls across global time zones
May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
Coordinates travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Concur Travel and Expense system
Process and follow-up on Virtual Requests
Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
Train and mentor other administrative staff when required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of experience supporting C-suite or high-level Product/Technology leaders
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
A 'quick study' in learning new processes and tools/platforms
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex Global IT services or similar organization
Preferred
Experience with Concur a Plus
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Certified Analytics Professional) is a plus
