Responsibilities
Maintain lawns across multiple FSCB locations ensuring a clean and consistent appearance
Plant, water, and care for seasonal flowers and landscaping
Trim shrubs, hedges, and trees to meet FSCB standards
Keep parking areas and sidewalks clear of trash, leaves, and debris
Perform snow and ice removal including shoveling and salting to ensure safe access
Respond to emails and communication from location managers
Maintain simple accurate records of completed work and supplies used
Qualification
Required
One to two years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience
Experience operating zero turn mowers and similar equipment
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Basic horticulture knowledge
Ability to safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Basic computer skills for email and record keeping
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
