InternArthrex Houston is seeking a dynamic and energetic intern to join their team and gain insight into surgical procedures and medical technology. The intern will work closely with medical sales and inventory/operations departments, observing daily processes and assisting with various tasks.

Responsibilities
Observe Medical Sales Representatives in their day-to-day processes
Help prepare for local labs when needed and observe labs
Participate in on-the-job training through observations, evaluation, and feedback
Gain a better understanding of what a Medical Sales Representative does and how the sales cycle works
Take product training as available
Obtain knowledge on MedInc's products and how inventory is managed
Organize surgical tools and help count sets when needed
Assist with work processes in operations and warehouse while being exposed to all office functions
Attend weekly and monthly team meetings, as required
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university as a junior or senior
Interest in medical device sales and technology
