Responsibilities
Identify, plan, and develop communications and informational material relevant to the needs and interests of the agency
Collaborate with internal staff and external partners to manage the design, production, and distribution of unique publications or marketing materials for the agency
Manage project coordination of diverse resources, including agencies and external stakeholders (vendors)
Edit final content to ensure alignment with goals and agency expectations
Inform and respond to constituents through social media channels
Formulate strategies and tactics for social media channels that combine organizational strategy and measurable goals
Ensure that all digital media is within the agency’s overall brand standards

Required
