Responsibilities
As an organizational talent, you independently plan and implement national and international events in various event formats
You are an experienced consultant to clients and stakeholders
Always keeping an eye on the project timeline, you know exactly when and how to manage what
You know how to motivate your project team to achieve common goals and work closely with our Creation, Operations, and Production
During the entire project, you keep an eye on the budget, prepare and analyze reports as part of project controlling and also take over the project closure
You travel to our (inter-)national events and provide competent on-site support to our clients as well as participants
Qualification
Required
A background in event, project, or hospitality management is essential
Experience in planning and executing corporate meetings and conferences (digital, hybrid, live) is required; event compliance or pharma industry is a plus
Strong negotiation skills paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are expected
Interest in event industry trends and new technologies helps drive continuous improvement
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event tools such as Cvent is required
Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, Teams, or ClickMeeting is beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required; additional languages are a plus
You enjoy international travel and welcome new challenges
