Responsibilities
Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance with parking procedures
Answer customer inquiries regarding parking policies, rates, and directions
Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
Monitor parking facilities to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas, including signage and equipment
Qualification
Required
