The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a motivated and collaborative Information Technology Supervisor II to join the IT Procurement Group. This role involves managing daily operations, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring compliance with state procurement policies while collaborating with management teams to deliver efficient IT procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

Manages and oversees the daily operations of the IT Procurement Group, including planning, scheduling, and prioritizing workload

Provides guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth

Ensures compliance with state procurement policies and alignment with EDD's strategic IT and business goals

Collaborates with management teams across TGD, ITB, and EDD to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused IT procurement solutions

Engages in workforce and succession planning to maintain operational continuity and readiness
