Help Desk Analyst I

Responsibilities
Respond to incoming service desk tickets and provide timely technical support to end users
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows 10 and other operating systems
Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory
Assist with diagnosing and addressing basic hardware and software problems
Document resolutions and maintain accurate records of service desk activities
Collaborate with other IT professionals to find solutions for complex technical issues
Guide users through system errors and provide clear instructions for resolving common problems
Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols during troubleshooting
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Active Directory for user account management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
Experience with basic troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems
Effective communication skills to assist non-technical users
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
