Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to commercial real estate agents
Prepare listing agreements, proposals, marketing materials, and presentations
Coordinate and onboard property listings, manage databases/CRM, and update marketing platforms
Assist with transaction documentation, due-diligence, and deal management
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate client communications and reporting
Support marketing efforts including email campaigns, flyers, property signage and property brochures
Serve in a key role to close out transaction files, by digitizing and entering in various databases
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
3+ years of administrative or real estate-related experience in a support/marketing role
College degree
Commercial real estate experience and/or license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and marketing platform experience
Experience in Costar, LoopNet, Salesforce
