Manage and record in-kind donations; oversee acknowledgment process
Coordinate distribution, inventory, and storage of donations
Lead holiday giving programs and auction solicitation
Build relationships with religious and civic organizations
Coordinate outreach, speaking engagements, and partnerships
Develop strategies to encourage financial and in-kind support
Oversee third-party fundraising events and community partnerships
Coordinate corporate and civic volunteer engagement
Support logistics and donor recognition for external events
Maintain accurate donor records in Bloomerang
Support donor recognition and stewardship activities
Collaborate with marketing/communications to highlight donor impact
Qualification
Required
2-3 years nonprofit fundraising, development, or donor engagement
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Bloomerang preferred)
Preferred
Experience with in-kind giving preferred
