Strategic Business Development Manager- LCS/OEM

Responsibilities
Translate customer and market insights to support overall OEM and business development strategy
Identify and develop OEM and strategic business development opportunities
Coordinate execution of deal processes, including preparation of deal materials, basic financial analysis, draft term sheets, and cross-functional diligence
Support negotiation and execution of OEM and BD term sheets and agreements
Provide alliance management support post-close, including business reviews, forecast tracking, and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
B.S. in life science
5+ years of relevant experience in business development, program/project management, strategy, or commercial operations within genomics, molecular diagnostics, or life sciences
Familiarity with regulated environments relevant to OEM and diagnostic partnerships
Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to advance opportunities and drive decisions without formal authority
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear deal materials and present key considerations to internal and external audiences
Solid analytical and financial acumen to support basic commercial assessments and inform deal decision-making
Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures in a global organization
Preferred
MBA or M.S. a plus
Experience supporting strategic partnership or OEM deal processes preferred
Familiarity with IVD product development environments strongly preferred
