UX/UI Developer

Responsibilities
Support the design, development, and improvement of Kaleida Health digital properties, including public websites, intranets, and digital tools
Emphasize user experience, interface design, and web-based graphic design
Combine front-end development, Drupal custom theming, and an understanding of CMS back-end functionality
Design and implement custom scripts and API integrations to enhance performance, automate workflows, and support business needs
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and the creative team to translate user needs, branding, and accessibility requirements into intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences
Provide hands-on execution focused on UX/UI design, front-end implementation, and technical support for CMS functionality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, and/or Web Development required
5 years of experience in Web Design and Development in a Business Environment required
