Responsibilities
Architect, design, implement, test, and debug integrated embedded real-time software within heterogeneous systems
Work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team to define and improve product concepts and ensure quality
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced engineering staff
Contribute to proposals and participate in preliminary and critical design reviews
Develop software for RTOS-based and bare-metal embedded systems, including device drivers
Ensure mission-critical reliability and security for defense programs
Qualification
Required
A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Experience in at least two of the following: Embedded C++ Software, Embedded Software Security, Software Architecture Design and Implementation
Proficiency with embedded Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, or Linux
Experience developing complex systems involving the integration of hardware, firmware, and software
An active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance, with the ability to obtain program access
U.S. citizenship is required
