Responsibilities
Identify and implement efficiency improvements and strategies to reduce defects in CHS operations
Define, select, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure, monitor, and communicate gains in operational performance
Collaborate with CHS and partner teams to streamline interfaces, drive process improvements, and ensure reliable, scalable support workflows
Mentor, coach, and develop regional technical leads to foster a shared knowledge environment and continuous improvement
Influence and challenge established practices, fostering a culture of innovation and critical analysis
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a technical lead or manager in a large organization, leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving operational excellence
10+ years of relevant experience
Strong background in metrics-driven process optimization, preferably in cloud infrastructure or large-scale hardware environments
Demonstrated critical thinking skills with a track record of identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge established processes constructively
Experience mentoring engineers or technical leads in distributed/global settings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with programming and/or automation (Java, Python, C, C++ or similar languages)
Experience with KPIs and analytics for operations and support teams
Familiarity with concepts related to data durability, storage, or hyperscale infrastructure
Entrepreneurial approach to process and operational innovation
Exposure to web technologies, databases, or tooling automation

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
