Responsibilities
Promotes and supports the corporate sales plans as defined by sales management
Establishes, develop and maintains superior working relationships with customers and prospective customers
Provides information to management regarding customer product needs
Maintains accurate records regarding all sales calls made
Completes take offs from electrical drawings and submits same to the necessary quotation personnel
Participate in resolving customer application and/or technical problems
Address customer complaints promptly to ensure equitable resolution to produce positive customer relations
Communicates customer relations issues to appropriate management levels
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in the electrical industry
Essential customer service, communication and listening skills
Ability to resolve customer concerns
Product and application knowledge, including ability to read and interpret manufacturer catalogs
Proficiency in entering orders, utilization of software system
Preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
PC proficiency and utilization of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of proper operational procedures
