Provide prompt and professional service to clients regarding policy updates, endorsements, renewals, and claims
Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
Perform rating and quoting across all lines of property & casualty insurance
Cross-sell additional policies and coverage to enhance client protection
Build strong, profitable relationships with partner carriers by submitting complete applications, underwriting properly, and providing all necessary documentation
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients have a resource to lean on when they need it most
Represent Golden Rule Insurance professionally within the community
Qualification
