Account Executive

Warp + Weft is a family-owned company that has been in the denim business for three decades, specializing in eco-friendly denim manufacturing. The Account Executive will drive sales and growth by building relationships with retail partners, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying potential accounts and cultivating strong relationships with both existing and new clients
Drive sales performance by effectively managing key accounts and expanding brand presence
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand campaigns and product launches
Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining brand integrity
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or issues regarding products, orders, or delivery
Track and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights
Develop accurate sales forecasts and work with the teams to ensure product availability
Work closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure that client needs are met, and product delivery timelines are adhered to
Communicate client feedback and market insights to help influence product development and overall brand strategy
Attend trade shows, industry events, and showrooms to build brand awareness and cultivate new business relationships

Required

Required Business Travel – 50%

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer trends
Extensive knowledge of wholesale sales, operations, and logistics
Active network of direct sales channels
Deep understanding of region-specific needs and points of differentiation
Proficiency with Retail Math and strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
