Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer database
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Proficient in using computers and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
