Develop and implement strategic channel business plans with regional sales reps and the top franchise distributors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing and sales to determine channel partner needs for growth
Monitor and analyze channel and market trends to compete effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years in marketing, channel sales or related field
Proven experience in channel development
Track record of achieving ambitious targets
Experience in delivering explainable analytics to external partners
Ability to successfully implement business plans with strategic channel partners
Proven track record in developing distribution channels
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Uber analytical skills including Power BI and Excel
Flawless project management abilities
Strong understanding of marketing, supply chain and industrial channel principles
