Product Change Manager
Mondelēz International is a leading company in the snack industry, and they are seeking a Product Change Manager for Tate's Bake Shop. In this role, you will manage product and packaging changes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards while driving cross-functional collaboration and project excellence.

Responsibilities
Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Lead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gate
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory
Lead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity
Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery
Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
Apply and champion project management best practices following Mondelez and NA Ventures methodologies and frameworks
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
PMP certificate is a plus
An ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problems

Ability to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverables
