Responsibilities
Test end-to-end user flows across the platform (web app, dashboards, portals, Slack app)
Validate new features before release and flag bugs, regressions, and UX issues
Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and basic QA documentation
Work directly with engineers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
Perform manual testing across devices, browsers, and environments
Help improve overall product quality, usability, and reliability
Support release readiness by confirming critical paths are stable
Qualification
Required
Experience with QA, testing, or product validation (formal or informal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to think through edge cases
Comfortable documenting bugs clearly and communicating with engineers
Familiarity with web applications and modern SaaS products
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience with test tools, bug trackers, or basic automation
