Business Development Manager

Mobio Interactive is a company focused on improving mental healthcare through an AI-driven mobile diagnostic and psychotherapy platform. They are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to support the CEO in expanding their commercial footprint across North America by leading sales and partnership development activities.

Responsibilities

Support the CEO in sales strategy, outbound outreach, and relationship management
Engage and qualify prospective partners across healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and health insurance organizations
Prepare and deliver tailored sales materials, proposals, and pitch presentations
Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to refine value propositioning, messaging, and positioning to strengthen commercial conversations
Attend sales and partnership meetings with the CEO, capturing key actions and managing timely follow-ups
Own the CRM process including lead qualification, deal stage tracking, data hygiene, and reporting
Maintain clear visibility of pipeline progress and provide regular summaries to leadership
Lead preparation and coordination of commercial contracts, proposals, SoWs, and pricing discussions
Ensure product and service offerings are clearly communicated to potential partners
Work closely with the technical, clinical, and operations teams to ensure structured handover from sales to delivery
Support alignment on implementation timelines, success metrics, and partner onboarding plans

Required

Minimum 5 years experience in business development, sales, partnership management, or commercial project management, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or life sciences
Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence when communicating with senior stakeholders
Experience managing CRM systems (e.g.Salesforce)
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
