Start in 2026 SummerCharles Industries, an Amphenol Company, is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support their Supply Chain department. The intern will assist in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures, flowcharts, and reports, while also identifying process gaps and improvements.

Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and updating SOP Standard Operating Procedures
Assist in drafting and updating flowcharts of Supply Chain processes
Assist in identifying process gaps and process improvements
Help create reports and tools to track processes
May assist in drafting and updating other Supply Chain documents
May participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvement strategies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as ability to work in teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
College undergraduate pursuing a Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or a similar field
Must have completed the first year of the undergraduate program
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio is required
Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
