HR Data Entry Specialist
My Wireless is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Data Entry Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely employee data management across various HR transactions and requires handling confidential information while maintaining compliance in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities
Process HR tickets related to employee separations, including validation, deactivation across systems, and assignment of offboarding checklists
Ensure compliance with state final pay obligations
Handle tickets for employee status changes (promotions, demotions, market transfers, full-time/part-time changes) by validating requests, preparing offer letters, and updating employee accounts
Manage store transfer tickets, ensuring documentation, offer letters, checklists, and account updates are completed accurately
Coordinate with market leadership to ensure timely and accurate processing of tickets
Maintain and update the monthly store management list and determine commission eligibility
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within HRIS
Collaborate with Payroll to resolve data discrepancies or system issues
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented HRIS Data Entry Specialist
Day-to-day operational support for employee lifecycle transactions through the HR ticketing system
Accurate and timely employee data management across separations, status changes, store transfers, and HRIS records
Highly organized and dependable
Comfortable handling confidential information while maintaining compliance in a multi-state environment
Manage ticketed HR requests for personnel status changes
Ensure all updates are properly validated, documented, and processed in the HRIS system

Preferred
Previous experience in HRIS, HR administration, or data management
Ticketer experience preferred
