Aviation Repair Station Technician
SafeTech USA is looking for an Aviation Repair Station Technician to join their expanding MRO team. Responsibilities
Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft safety equipment following FAA/EASA regulations and OEM technical data
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble components and systems with precision
Conduct validation and verification testing of parts and assemblies
Use specialized tools to identify and fix mechanical and pneumatic issues
Maintain accurate records and complete electronic documentation of all maintenance activities
Follow strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documents
Physical capability to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform tasks like bending, kneeling, and pulling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking
Team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license and US citizen or resident status
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
