Responsibilities
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries
Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times
Clarify orders as needed
Qualification
Required
Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required)
Previous pharmacy experience
Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Moderate to advanced computer skills required
Excellent telephone etiquette
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
Preferred
Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred
Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus
