Responsibilities
Working directly with internal customers to gather and document business requirements in compliance with established organizational policies and procedures
Gathering, preparing, and submitting required information and documentation to security, legal, and administrative approvers
Meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders, including legal, business, and security teams, to ensure timely processing and approval of requests
Reviewing, interpreting, and providing input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documents
Collaborating with vendors to ensure clear communication of organizational requirements and cloud usage documentation where applicable
Researching existing solutions within the organization to determine if current tools or services meet documented business needs
Providing general guidance to customers on the business approval process and its underlying policies and procedures
Tracking and managing the overall backlog of requests
Facilitating requests for additional information that arise during the approval process
Serving as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for both internal teams and support staff
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration (formal project/program manager title not required)
3+ years of full-time experience in a customer-facing role
1+ year of experience in vendor management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
