Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all Kaleida Health auditing activities
Performing Quality Management System (QMS) internal audit activities to support quality and safe patient care outcomes across the Kaleida Health System
Support the QMS Internal Audit Program to stay in compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and DNV Healthcare accreditation and various certification programs

Qualification

Quality Management SystemISO 9001AuditingPerformance ImprovementProject ManagementRegistered Nurse CertificationBachelor's Degree

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or health-related field required
3 years of experience in Quality management and/or improvement, performance improvement, quality assurance, accreditation, certification, auditing, project management

Registered Nurse certification preferred
