Responsibilities
Assisting customers
Taking special orders
Providing layaway services
Following up on delinquent payments
Making refunds or adjustments
Resolving routine complaints
Operating cash register
Receiving payment
Making change
Assisting in the maintenance of pertinent records and logs relating to customer service transactions
Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must pass all applicable records and background check
Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment
Must be able to learn MWR policies, rules and regulations involving the work area, and have the ability to communicate orally and in writing
Must have knowledge of basic mathematics
Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 9:15 a.m.-6:15 p.m
Preferred
Six months experience in a related recreational activity is desired
Applicants with knowledge of arts and crafts related merchandise and have a valid driver's license are preferred
