Responsibilities
Help to fabricate, assemble, and repair various types of composite mold tooling
Use dimensional measurement tools
Lay-up composite materials
Vacuum bag and consolidate materials
Read blueprints, templates, process sheets, and other authorized documents
Develop shop aids to facilitate the fabrication of composite parts
Perform repairs
Maintain electronic and paper records as required
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful
Proficient and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
Able to take accurate measurements
Basic computer skills
Ability to maintain a high degree of quality
Must work well independently and in a team with a great attitude
Open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities
Reliable and dependable
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Previous experience working with composite materials is a plus, but not required
