Responsibilities
Engage/lead core finance processes for inventory and COGS, including Annual Operating Plan, monthly operating forecast, and intra-quarter inventory forecast/outlook
Provide supporting schedules for Corp accounting for quarter-end deliverables
Consolidate / coordinate monthly and quarterly inventory and COGS close activities
Own inventory reserves, risk inventory, and scrap approval process
Partner with business planning to streamline demand forecast to inventory reserve process and gross margin improvement initiative
Take full ownership of and accountability for ongoing reports providing validation and supporting documentation to business partners as required
Coordinate with business operations on AOP cost publishing in quoting system
Variance analysis on AOP cost projection
Coordination with global cross functional teams
Perform ad-hoc scenario analysis proactively and present findings to senior leadership
Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to solve business problems; drive efficiency through finance processes by automating, simplifying, or eliminating routine work
Qualification
Required
Experience as a finance manager supporting cost, inventory and reserves analysis
Ability to engage/lead core finance processes for inventory and COGS
Experience in providing supporting schedules for Corp accounting for quarter-end deliverables
Experience in consolidating / coordinating monthly and quarterly inventory and COGS close activities
Ownership of inventory reserves, risk inventory, and scrap approval process
Partnership with business planning to streamline demand forecast to inventory reserve process
Full ownership of ongoing reports providing validation and supporting documentation
Coordination with business operations on AOP cost publishing in quoting system

Preferred
Cost accounting, manufacturing finance, and/or inventory finance experience
Semiconductor industry experience
Effective communication skills and experience working with international teams
Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
Ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & hands on experience with SAP, Power BI Tools
Knowledge of SQL a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance preferred
CPA preferred
