They are seeking an Oracle EPM Lead Cloud Transformation to lead the delivery of Oracle EPM solutions, manage delivery across multiple phases, and collaborate closely with finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPM (EPBCS / Planning & Budgeting) as part of a broader Oracle Cloud ERP transformation
Serve as the primary client-facing EPM lead, partnering closely with finance stakeholders to drive design decisions and delivery outcomes
Own functional design for budgeting and planning, including models, dimensions, hierarchies, calculations, and workflows
Manage EPM delivery across multiple phases, including design, build, test, and deployment
Coordinate closely with ERP workstreams to ensure effective integration with Oracle Fusion Financials (e.g., GL, Projects)
Lead and guide a distributed delivery team, providing direction, oversight, and quality assurance
Manage scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery
Support change, adoption, and transition activities to ensure EPM solutions are usable and sustainable

Required

8+ years of experience delivering Oracle EPM / Hyperion / EPBCS solutions
Strong hands-on experience with Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS)
Proven experience leading client-facing EPM workstreams through full lifecycle implementations
Experience working on Oracle Cloud ERP related programs or large-scale finance transformations
Ability to lead and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
Comfortable operating in complex, multi-phase delivery environments
Willingness to travel to client site on a regular basis (hybrid/on-site presence required)
Regular and predictable attendance
