Lead finance transformation projects from assessment through implementation
Improve processes across FP&A, close, consolidation, AP/AR
Support ERP/EPM and automation tool deployments
Develop business cases, roadmaps, and change management plans
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure quality deliverables
Qualification
Required
2+ years in finance operations or consulting
Foundational knowledge of core finance processes and systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan, etc.)
Strong communication skills
