Responsibilities
Contribute to securing enterprise AI and machine learning initiatives
Provide deep technical expertise
Partner closely with engineering, data science, and product teams
Align work to the overall strategy and direction established for the organization
Focus on supporting high-priority, innovative AI efforts where security standards are still evolving
Provide practical security guidance
Conduct recurring lightweight security reviews
Help teams move quickly without introducing unnecessary friction or risk
Qualification
Required
A minimum of eleven years related work experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience
Master's degree or higher and a minimum of six years relevant work experience
Preferred
Demonstratable experience collaborating with various teams to deliver AI capabilities and provide real-time security guidance
Expertise in translating AI designs into practical, shippable guardrails without slowing delivery
Prior experience owning post-launch AI safety protocols, including telemetry setup, abuse detection, rollback/kill-switch planning, and ongoing validation as models, data, and usage evolve
Experience applying basic application and cloud security principles to real-world projects by reviewing architecture, code, and access controls, and working with engineers to quickly resolve issues
Ability to validate AI security through simple, repeatable methods, such as testing for vulnerabilities and ensuring systems work as expected within the team's normal development process
