Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the leadership team and oversee FP&A for a $500 million business unit
Set financial and functional goals with the GM and Executive Leadership Team
Work closely and collaboratively with corporate, segment, and other divisional finance organizations, as well as direct & indirect reports, FP&A Manager and Analysts, and Plant Controllers
Evaluate operating results, costs, budgets, and profit opportunities, and perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting and forecasting
Conduct monthly business reviews to drive profit plan execution and long-term strategy
Prioritize opportunities and lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
Provide financial leadership on strategic business projects (e.g., pricing decisions, M&A)
Qualification
Required
Must have overseen multiple manufacturing plants and have SOX experience
Ability to work hybrid in Dallas/Fort Worth area
