Responsibilities
Develop and maintain monthly reporting packages that drive insight, accountability, and decision-making across the business
Assist in building and maintaining financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Partner cross-departmentally to build budgets and forecasts grounded in operational drivers
Develop margin and pricing models to support cost analysis, profitability, and growth decisions
Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership and business partners
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial reporting through meticulous attention to detail
Support ad-hoc analysis related to strategic initiatives and business performance
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a highly analytical business role
Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models, forecasts, and reports from scratch
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and deliver practical, business-focused solutions
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements
Experience working cross-functionally and communicating with non-finance stakeholders
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Preferred
Financial systems experience including: NetSuite
Salesforce
Planful, or other planning/budgeting tools
