Develop, execute, and continuously improve preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for all E-Beam subsystems
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and electro-mechanical system failures
Repair and replace faulty components, including high-voltage power supplies, lens/deflection amplifiers, vacuum pump controllers, PLC modules, and sensors
Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, failures, and solutions in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Maintain and troubleshoot high-voltage power supplies for the electron guns, and filament circuits
Safely perform high-voltage DC measurements and discharge high-energy capacitors using established LOTO procedures
Maintain and troubleshoot the vacuum system, including roughing pumps, turbo-molecular pumps, pressure gauges (Pirani, Cold Cathode), and pneumatic valves
Support the cooling water system, ensuring proper flow, temperature, and resistivity of de-ionized coolant
Collaborate with mechanical and vacuum technicians on complex, multi-disciplinary issues
Troubleshoot and program PLCs (e.g., Siemens,) and HMIs for equipment control and sequencing
Diagnose and repair issues with safety interlock circuits (door switches, water flow, vacuum level)
Utilize schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic to diagnose control system faults
Serve as a subject matter expert on E-Beam safety, including high-voltage and X-ray hazards
Rigorously enforce and adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures
