Responsibilities
Manage environmental compliance program for operating sites and handover of construction projects to operations
Support operations personnel in completing regulatory obligations and addressing permit requirements
Interact with facility personnel, company management, legal counsel, environmental sustainability team, and other relevant internal stakeholders to communicate environmental requirements, identify compliance issues, act as a technical resource, and coordinate on key initiatives
Define and implement necessary training for facility operations personnel for managing environmental issues
Support site incident investigations
Interact with regulatory agency personnel on major environmental issues
Monitor development of legislative changes in the Americas, analyze potential impacts on operations, and provide updates to the site personnel

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, related field AND 4+ years experience in Environmental Regulations - OR equivalent experience
Professional experience in environmental permitting and compliance management in the U.S
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 6+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 8+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience - OR equivalent experience
