Responsibilities
Manage business change projects supporting internal functions such as HR, Marketing and Technology
Act as the bridge between diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly captured and ensuring every detail of the programme is flawlessly executed
Facilitate planning meetings, monitor task completion and escalate issues to task owners or Programme Manager
Demonstrate experience of integration planning and execution discussions with Operations teams
Plan, budget, and allocate resources effectively
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A proven background in driving projects to completion within complex, global transformation environments
Exceptional interpersonal and consultancy skills – you can demonstrate a proven track record of delivery excellence
Ability to facilitate planning meetings, monitor task completion and escalate issues to task owners or Programme Manager
Demonstrable experience of integration planning and execution discussions with Operations teams
Excellent planning, budgeting, and resource allocation skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Legal industry or professional services background
Ability to operate within a consulting environment
Relevant certifications in your area of expertise
