Responsibilities
Act as the primary owner of the General Ledger, regularly preparing and posting journal entries, and completing balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end close
Review and validate expense reports, credit card postings, and purchasing card activity throughout the month
Run and interpret scheduled transaction reports to track activity and identify issues before close
Partner with accounting leadership to streamline close processes
Qualification
Required

5 years of experience – must have overseen the general ledger and have accrual accounting experience
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Ability to work onsite in Gallatin for training, then hybrid
