Responsibilities

Develop tailored sales strategies for your market
Grow, nurture, and sustain new and existing customer relationships
Prepare, plan, and follow up on sales activities
Market screening of potential customers
Trade fair participation
Independently work with your markets, including sales forecasts, CRM systems, etc

Required

Dynamic, outgoing, self-starting salesperson with a passion for design and a track record in sales
Highly skilled, self-motivated, and enthusiastic sales associate
Ability to identify and expand sales opportunities with both existing and new customers
Experience in a professional selling environment for a high-end design brand
Ability to target both residential and commercial markets, primarily engaging with garden centres and flower shops
Ability to develop tailored sales strategies for your market
Ability to grow, nurture, and sustain new and existing customer relationships
Ability to prepare, plan, and follow up on sales activities
Experience in market screening of potential customers
Experience in trade fair participation
Ability to work independently with sales forecasts and CRM systems
Enthusiastic, committed high-performing sales representative
Full of energy, self-driven, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
Willingness to travel one hundred days a year
Professional presentation and ability to connect with customers
Ambition to set and achieve lofty goals
Demonstrated ability to both open and close the sale
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Prior external sales experience and a proven track record
