Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Agile Coaches, and the Agile team to refine them
Design and develop solutions using best practices, including unit tests and contributing to test automation
Collaborate with other leads to ensure timely release deliverables
Guide offshore engineers to achieve development goals
Configure, tune, maintain, and install application systems, validating system functionality
Monitor and fine-tune applications to achieve optimal performance, resolving hardware and software issues
Assist with application system problem resolution by collaborating with developers, vendors, and internal teams
Address product backlog and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality features
Maintain a comprehensive database/library of all supporting documentation to ensure data integrity
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams using Agile/DevOps principles to achieve business objectives and serve customer needs
