Experienced Co-Op/Condo Attorney with the ability to run a varied caseload
Experience with advising co-op and condominium boards on governance issues
Assist with the refinancing of underlying mortgages and lines of credit transactions
Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to the NYC bar
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organization and time-management skills
