Human Resources Benefits Administrator
Makonis is seeking a highly reliable HR Benefits Administrator with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. This role involves managing employee benefits administration, supporting recruitment operations, and ensuring compliance in HR records.
Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, statutory benefits, enrollments, renewals, claims coordination, and employee communication
Act as the single point of contact for benefits-related employee queries and vendor coordination
Work closely with insurance providers, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure timely and accurate benefits delivery
Support recruitment operations including resume screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding support
Build and maintain HR dashboards, benefits MIS, and recruitment trackers using advanced Excel
Ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance in HR records, benefits documentation, and employee files
Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance requirements specific to pharmaceutical/healthcare organizations
Collaborate with HR leadership on reporting, insights, and continuous improvement of HR processes
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of relevant HR experience in Benefits Administration within Pharma or Healthcare
Strong practical knowledge of employee benefits programs and recruitment coordination
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reports, dashboards)
Experience handling confidential employee data with high accuracy
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Mandatory willingness to work full-time from office (no hybrid/remote)
