Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll for 1,200+ employees across 60+ unions
Handle job costing and job allocation, ensuring employee pay is accurately split by job and rate
Maintain payroll data within Viewpoint Vista and ADP
Review payroll details for accuracy, compliance, and proper union treatment
Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations as needed
Collaborate with the payroll team to troubleshoot issues and meet tight weekly deadlines
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
Ability to stay organized and calm while managing a complex, high-volume payroll
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with multiple pay rates and allocations
Professional, team-oriented personality with solid communication skills
Preferred
Union payroll experience is a big plus, but not required
Construction industry payroll experience is a plus, not required
