Responsibilities

Provide strategic consultation that supports discovery and definition of LC and CO projects and programs to develop communication and implementation plans that deliver ops programs and promotions to market leaders and licensed coffeehouses
Build and maintain key relationships across the organization, oversee cross-functional work groups, and help identify clear roles and responsibilities
Ability to Influence across a diverse group of clients and stakeholders to gain support and prioritization from the enterprise (e.g. Customer, Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, Data)
Excel at approaching problems through end-user, human-centered design capable of translating complex enterprise strategies into simple behavior and process changes for coffeehouses
Highly adaptable who can quickly shift from being collaborative and bringing a growth mindset to galvanizing cross functional teams with decisive action

Required

Experience managing large and highly complex projects with autonomy
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
Strong prioritization and planning skills; able to independently drive work, track and communicate progress, and escalate risks effectively
Excited by bringing clarity to ambiguity
Curiosity in the face of new problems
Urgency and adaptability in the face of rapidly shifting priorities

Strong knowledge of retail/restaurant/high volume operations, processes, and procedures

Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures, or methods
